Their intention was to transmit this energy through the great crystal generators that still remained operational on the Atlantean islands. The plan was to move energy from the Atlantean crystal generators into the planetary grid lines, through the Ark of the Covenant D2 core, and project it all the way to the Andromeda M31 Galaxy. They believed that by doing this, they could regain control over the energetic flow between realms and reestablish the link to the Pleiades.
